Who we are
Run On AI is a content and education website at runonai.io. We produce practical AI content for small businesses, trades, and service providers. This policy covers what we collect when you use this site.
What we collect
We collect minimal data. Specifically:
- Email address — if you sign up for the newsletter or download the free prompt pack. We use Beehiiv to manage this. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email we send.
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics (or a privacy-respecting alternative) to understand how people find and use the site. This includes page views, device type, and general location (city-level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs IP addresses and request metadata. These are retained per their standard policy and are not used for any marketing or profiling purpose.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your email with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run advertising on this site — no ad networks, no tracking pixels for retargeting.
- We don't use cookies beyond what's needed for analytics and basic site function.
Email communications
If you sign up for our email list, you'll receive the welcome sequence (3 emails) and occasional updates when we publish something worth reading. We don't send daily emails, spam, or promotional emails for third-party products.
To unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link in any email. You'll be removed immediately.

- Know what personal information we hold about you
